Melt in your mouth Pork Chops.....

This is a favourite recipe that I loved to eat growing up. It's super easy to make and delicious. The pork chops just break apart with the side of your fork. I like to serve with veggies and rice. I'm not sure where my Mom got this recipe but it's one I still LOVE today!!!

6-8 pork chops
6 Tbsp soya sauce
6 Tbsp brown sugar
1/2-3/4 cup vinegar
3/4 cup water
1/4 tsp ginger
1/2 cup chopped green pepper
orange slices

Brown your pork chops in frying pan. Remove and trim any bones or fat from them. Return to pan and cover with sauce. Cover with orange slices and peppers. Cover and simmer for 1-2 hours.

This is a picture before it was covered up......smells delicious!!!
